My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were simple and could use a little updating, with no room service or housekeeping for short stays. Unfortunately, my nonsmoking room wasn't ready at check-in, and I had to pay extra for an early check-in, only to find it unclean and had to request a different room.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Although the place could use some updating and I was initially misled by my booking, the location in Torrance near the mall was very nice for my purposes. The convenience of being in the South Bay area was great, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. However, the lack of daily room service and having to take dirty linens downstairs to reception to replace them was inconvenient after a long journey across the country.
